Elite Luxury Stays (“we”, “us”, or “our”) acts solely as a professional booking agent and advisory service for disclosed third-party suppliers, including but not limited to luxury hotels, private villa operators, cruise lines, airlines, ground transportation providers, and tour operators (“Suppliers”). Elite Luxury Stays does not own, manage, operate, or control the accommodations, aircraft, yachts, or vehicles provided by Suppliers.
All bookings arranged through Elite Luxury Stays are subject to the specific terms, conditions, cancellation schedules, and house rules imposed by the respective Supplier. By requesting or authorizing a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the terms of each applicable Supplier.
All rates quoted by Elite Luxury Stays are provided directly by our luxury partner hotels and suppliers. While we strive to ensure absolute accuracy, rates and availability are subject to change by the supplier until full confirmation and deposit processing. Complimentary VIP amenities (such as daily breakfast, resort credits, room upgrades, and flexible check-in/out) are subject to supplier eligibility, room category rules, and availability at check-in.
Most luxury hotel reservations arranged by Elite Luxury Stays are charged directly by the hotel property under its official merchant account. By providing credit card details for a booking, you authorize the hotel or supplier to process charges in accordance with the reservation’s deposit and payment schedule.
Cancellation and modification policies vary by property, dates of travel, and promotional rate type. Elite Luxury Stays communicates all supplier cancellation deadlines prior to booking. Any refunds or penalties are strictly determined by the supplier’s policy. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Unexpected medical emergencies, flight interruptions, natural disasters, or family illness can disrupt travel plans. Elite Luxury Stays strongly advises all clients to purchase comprehensive travel protection (covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and baggage loss) at or near the time of initial deposit.
Elite Luxury Stays shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, delay, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind resulting from acts, omissions, defaults, bankruptcies, labor strikes, weather events, or operational failures of any third-party Supplier.
